Choosing a vacation rental on the Giens Peninsula means opting for a stay that combines comfort and convenience. Most of our rentals are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, a fully functional kitchen, and a furnished terrace where you can fully enjoy the Mediterranean sun.
Depending on the property, you may enjoy additional amenities such as a dishwasher, multiple separate bedrooms, ample storage space, or accommodations adapted for guests with limited mobility. Each property has been designed to offer you a pleasant and welcoming living space, perfect for recharging after a day of swimming, activities, or relaxing by the pool.
Spring is the perfect time to enjoy the coastal trails and hilltop villages, with mild, sunny weather. Summer offers a lively atmosphere, perfect for beaches and festivals, but requires a bit of planning ahead. Late summer (September–October) is a real favorite: the sea is still warm, the light is superb, and the atmosphere is more peaceful.
A car remains the easiest way to explore the coves, the inland areas, and the small villages, some of which are not well-served by public transportation. Cycling can be an excellent option along the coast or on the designated trails. To explore the islands, ferry services provide easy access to Porquerolles, Port-Cros, or Le Levant.
In summer, be sure to book your ferry to Porquerolles several days in advance: the island has a capacity limit, and access may be restricted during peak periods. To make parking easier—as lots often fill up quickly during peak season—you can park at the Arromanches parking lot in Hyères, then take bus 67, which drops you off directly at the ferry terminal. Arriving early in the morning also lets you enjoy the beaches and bike paths in a more peaceful atmosphere.
